Fill Job Requirement Search
The Search grid is similar to search functionality throughout the software, with one big exception. Here, you have the ability to fill job requirements from either Bins, Stock Purchase Orders, or Pieces Good.

Fill Job Requirement Grid
The Fill Job Requirements Navigator Grid displays the following information to help identify which parts should be posted to fill open material requirements:
- Part Number - Identifies each part that is required on at least one job and that has at least one unit available in inventory.
- This does not represent the part being made on the job.
- Description - The description of the listed part
- Total Qty Required - This is the total number of units required for the listed part
- This could represent one or more jobs worth of requirements
- Total Qty On Hand - This is the total number of units that are available in inventory for the listed part
The navigator does not display any parts until the 'Search' button is clicked in the area located above the grid. The available search criteria can be used to narrow the list of parts that are required and have availability if desired.
