Work Center List / Rate List

System Location: Tables > Work Centers

This report provides a list of work centers entered in JobBOSS2 with a barcoded Work Center Number in the first column. In addition, a Work Center Rate List is made available as a separate report that displays all the dollar values associated with the included work centers.

ClosedAccessing the Report
  1. Click the Settings button.Settings_Button
  2. Open the Tables drop down menu.
  3. Select Work Centers.
  4. Click Print.PrintButton
  5. Select Work Center List.
    • Make sure the "Generate Barcode Listing" setting (located in Report Options) is unchecked
  6. Apply any desired filters.
  7. Click Generate Report.

ClosedReport Details

The Work Center List contains the following information:

  • Work Center (Number)
  • (Work Center) Short Name
  • (Work Center) Description
  • Department Code
  • Queue Time
  • Queue Units
  • Labor (GL) Account
  • Default Operation (Code)

Work Center List

The Rate List contains the following information:

  • Work Center Number
  • Setup and Cycle dollar values for each defined Billing Rate
  • Dollar value for Burden Rate
  • Dollar value for Labor Rate
