1. Click the Settings button.
2. Open the Base Tables drop down menu.
3. Select Reason Codes.
4. Click Print.
5. Select Table.
   • The Print Tables screen is displayed with Reason Codes selected.
   • To generate a barcoded version of the list, select Reason Codes in the Barcoded Listings Panel.

6. Click Generate Report.

This report can also be accessed under Reports > Tables > Print Tables.

• Reason Number
• Create Return (Y / N)
• Reason Code
• Description
