Barcoded Base Table Lists

System Location: Reports > Tables > Print Tables

The following base tables have a bar coded version that can be generated by selecting them in the Barcoded Listings Panel:

  • Operations
  • Attendance Codes
  • Reason Codes

These reports provide a list of bar coded values that can be used during clocking on and off of data collection devices in situations where the information is not provided by other means (e.g. default value or bar code on traveler.)

ClosedAccessing the Reports
  1. Click the Reports button.Reports Button
  2. Open the Tables drop down menu.
  3. Select Print Tables.
  4. Select the barcoded reports to generate in the Barcoded Listings Panel.
  5. Click Generate Report.

The Print Tables screen and the Barcoded Listings are also accessible by using the Print option located on the various base tables as well.

A separate report will be generated for each option selected.

Barcoded Attendance Code List

This report contains the following information:

  • Barcoded Attendance Code
  • Short Name
  • Description
  • GL Code
  • Productive (Y / N)

This report contains the following information:

  • Barcoded Operation Number
  • Operation Number (non-barcoded)
  • Operation Code
  • Description

This report contains the following information:

  • Barcoded Reason Number
  • Reason Number (non-barcoded)
  • Reason Code
  • Description
