Connecting to JobBOSS2 to Commerce Suite

To connect JobBOSS2 with Commerce Suite:

  1. Go to Settings > System > Company Maintenance.

  2. Select the company from the Company list and then click the Edit button.

  3. Click the Defaults button.

  4. Select Enable Commerce Suite under the Commerce Suite Integration heading. The Commerce Suite Sync Options section opens.

  5. Click the Connect to Commerce Suite button. You will be redirected to the Commerce Suite Credentials page.

  6. Enter the following information:

    • AP Merchant ID

    • AR Merchant ID

    • API Merchant Username

    • API Merchant User Password

  7. After completing the fields, click Next. The Commerce Suite information company is displayed.

  8. Click the Next button again. If successful, you will be redirected back to the JobBOSS2 Company Maintenance page. A confirmation message displays indicating a successful connection.

  9. After validation, confirm the connection status:
