G/L Account List

System Location: Tables > GL Accounts

This list is used to display and print a list of all General Ledger Codes, commonly referred to as the Chart of Accounts.

ClosedAccessing the Report
  1. Click the Settings button.Settings_Button
  2. Open the Tables drop down menu.
  3. Select GL Accounts.
  4. Click Print.PrintButton
  5. Select Table.
    • The Print Tables screen displays.
    • GL Codes will be selected by default.
  6. Click Generate Report.

ClosedReport Details

This report contains the following information:

  • G/L Code
  • Description
  • (G/L) Group Code
  • Division
    • 0 (zero) is the default
  • Accumulation Account
    • Used when printing consolidated financial reports (Balance Sheet and Income Statement)
