Document Control Revision History Section

The Revision History section tracks all previous versions of the document. By tracking the revisions, you are provided the ability to roll back to a previous version of the document.

Get File

This button allows you to View or Download the file selected in the grid.

Rollback

This button allows you to revert back to the version of the document you have selected in the grid.

  • The system will reset everything, along with estimates and / or jobs, to the revision you have selected.
  • All documents archived to the point are removed from the archive directory.
    • For example, if you have documents A, B, C, and D, and then you rollback to B, documents C and D will be deleted.

New Revision

This button takes you to a separate screen to add a new revision to the document.

Rev Date

This date represents the day that this revision was created.

User ID

This field represents the employee who added the revision.

Revision

This field represents the revision level of each file in the grid.

Comments

This field provides a place for additional comments on the revision line.

File Name

This field provides the name of the attached file.
