Document Control Propose / Approve Section
The Propose / Approve section tracks the status of the document. The Proposed status is automatically assigned when a new file is assigned document control, and the Approved status occurs once the document has been deemed appropriate for use.
Proposed By
This field lists the Employee code of the individual who proposes the document.
Proposal Date
This field lists the date that this document was proposed.
- The date will automatically populate to the current date.
Proposal Comments
This field allows for additional comments about the proposed document.
Approved By
This field lists the Employee code of the individual who approves the document.
Approval Date
This field lists the date that this document was approved.
Approval Comments
This field allows for additional comments about the approved document.
