Receivers Line Items Detail Sub-Section

The receiver line items details sub-section allows you to edit quantities good, bad, and canceled. It also provides a place to indicate the bin location and lot number for the received parts.

Receiver Number

This states the number for the current record.

Part Number

This represents the part number from the selected line item.

Purch Factor

This field shows the purchasing factor associated with this part.

• The purchasing factor is the purchasing unit divided by the pricing / stocking unit.

Step No

If this line item was purchased as a job requirement and is associated with a specific step, the step number is displayed here.

Grid Buttons

Documents

This takes you to the Documents grid, where you can attach, remove, or view documents associated with the selected part.

Zero Out Grid

This button clears all editable fields and sets them to zero.

Bins

This button takes you to the Bins grid, where you can add new bins and assign bins to your received items.

Quickview

This opens the quickview page for the selected job.
